Grand Hyatt Mumbai has promoted Anirban Sarkar to Food and Beverages Manager, effective October 1, 2025. His new role strengthens the hotel’s leadership team and supports its focus on delivering consistent and well-planned dining and event experiences.
Background and Contribution
Anirban joined Grand Hyatt Mumbai in August 2024. Over the past year, he has worked closely with teams to improve operational efficiency and enhance service delivery. His focus on detail, collaborative approach, and ability to motivate teams have supported improvements across restaurants and event operations. He has contributed to consistency, quality control, and guest satisfaction within the Food & Beverage division.

New Responsibilities
In his new position, Anirban will oversee Food & Beverage strategy for the hotel. His responsibilities include managing restaurants, bars, banqueting operations, guest-experience programs, and team development. He will work on elevating presentation standards, strengthening operational processes, and supporting capability-building across teams. He will also coordinate with culinary and operations leadership to ensure alignment between concept, execution, and service outcomes.
