Four Seasons Resort Lanai has announced the appointment of Ujjawal Khatkar as the new Director of Food & Beverage. In his role, Ujjawal will oversee all F&B operations at the resort, including the much-anticipated Osteria Mozza Lanai, set to open on November 1, 2025.
Ujjawal brings with him over a decade of experience within the Four Seasons brand. He began his journey in 2013 as an Assistant Server at Four Seasons Hotel Doha and went on to hold key positions across properties in Kuwait, Toronto, and Whistler. Most recently, at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler, he successfully spearheaded the transformation of the Library Bar into one of the region’s most popular dining venues.
