Amit Dash has been elevated to Multi-Property Director of Culinary for The Westin Gurgaon New Delhi and The Westin Sohna Resort & Spa.
In his expanded role, Chef Amit Dash will oversee culinary strategy, operations, menu development, talent management, innovation, and sustainability initiatives across both properties.

With more than 20 years of experience in luxury hospitality, Chef Amit Dash has built a strong reputation for developing dining concepts, leading culinary teams, and managing restaurant operations across diverse hospitality formats.
During his tenure with the Westin properties, he has played a significant role in strengthening their food and beverage offerings and enhancing guest dining experiences.
Amit Dash Drives Culinary Innovation Across Both Properties
Under his leadership, restaurants including Prego and EEST at The Westin Gurgaon, New Delhi have received industry recognition. He has also led the launch of distinctive dining concepts such as Teppan by EEST, an interactive teppanyaki experience, and Tangra – Tales of Chinatown at The Westin Sohna Resort & Spa, inspired by Hakka-style Chinese cuisine.
Beyond restaurant development, Chef Amit Dash has spearheaded chef collaborations, curated dining events, seasonal menus, and experiential food programmes designed to engage guests and expand the culinary portfolio of both hotels.
