With experience spanning pre-opening projects, human resources operations, learning and development, and talent management, Abhishek brings a well-rounded understanding of hospitality HR functions and workforce development.

Prior to joining Ananta Hotels & Resorts, Abhishek was associated with Lemon Tree Hotels as Pre-Opening Assistant Manager – Human Resources, where he contributed to establishing HR processes and supporting talent acquisition and employee engagement initiatives for a new hotel project.
Earlier, he spent over a year with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, holding multiple positions including Pre-opening Human Resources Professional, Training and Development Specialist, and HR & Trainer. During this period, he gained valuable experience in pre-opening operations, learning and development, recruitment, employee training, and organisational development across hospitality projects.
Before Wyndham, he also served as Head – HR & Training Development with Choice Hotels International, further strengthening his expertise in human resource management and training functions.

As Human Resources Manager at Ananta Hotels & Resorts, Abhishek will oversee key HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, training and development, performance management, and people-centric initiatives.
