Chef Amit Dean brings extensive experience across leading hospitality brands in India and international markets. His professional journey includes associations with The Oberoi Rajvilas, Carnival Cruise Line, Hyatt Regency Lucknow, Marriott Indore, Hyatt Jamaica, and Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre & HICC.
Over the years, he has developed expertise in Indian regional cuisine, Italian and Jamaican culinary traditions, international banqueting, luxury hospitality, and large-scale kitchen operations.
His experience across cruise lines, luxury hotels, and international hospitality environments has helped shape a diverse culinary perspective and strong operational capabilities.

In his new role, Chef Amit Dean will support the overall culinary direction of the property across its restaurants, weddings, conferences, banqueting operations, and bespoke dining experiences.
His responsibilities will include menu development, culinary innovation, personalised dining experiences, and strengthening the hotel’s food and beverage portfolio across business, leisure, lifestyle, and MICE segments.
