With an illustrious career spanning over three decades, Vijaya brings a wealth of experience in operations, culinary innovation, and sustainable hospitality practices.
A Veteran in Hospitality Leadership
Vijaya has been an integral part of GRT Hotels and Resorts for 17 years, holding multiple leadership positions across the group’s portfolio. Before this elevation, he served as Cluster Director of Food & Beverage, where he successfully led F&B operations across Radisson franchise GRT Hotels. His professional journey also includes significant tenures with leading hospitality brands such as Taj, ITC, and SRM Hotels, where he refined his skills in operational excellence and guest experience management.

Over the years, Vijaya has received several industry accolades, including the IFCA Smart Chef Award (2017), Green Hotelier of the Year, and medals at SICA Culinary Competitions, recognizing his contributions to innovation and sustainability in hospitality.
