Mr. Nair joined Hyatt Regency Chennai in December 2021 as Front Desk Manager and later advanced to Front Office Manager, demonstrating operational excellence and an unwavering commitment to service quality and team development. His journey at the hotel reflects his deep understanding of brand program management and guest-centric leadership.
