Swissôtel Living Al Ghurair in Dubai has appointed Trishna Hundal as its new Executive Housekeeper, signaling a renewed focus on operational excellence and guest-centric service standards. In her role, she will lead one of the property’s most sizable teams, overseeing 620 guestrooms, serviced apartments, two restaurants, and extensive public areas including in-house laundry services.
With over 25 years of distinguished hospitality experience, Trishna brings a wealth of knowledge from various sectors, including housekeeping, front office, recreation, and spa operations. She has successfully driven hotel pre-openings, refurbishments, and staff training programmes, having worked with prestigious brands such as InterContinental Hotels Group, Marriott International, Rixos Hotels, Taj Hotels, Starwood Hotels and Resorts, and Hilton Worldwide.

Before joining Swissôtel Living Al Ghurair, Trishna served as Executive Housekeeper at InterContinental and Crowne Plaza Dubai Festival City, where she was noted for her leadership in elevating service quality. She has also converted the housekeeping department into a revenue-generating function, while spearheading key hygiene and sustainability initiatives.
Trishna holds several professional certifications, including Six Sigma Black Belt, Sustainability Champion, and Hygiene Hero. Her achievements have been recognized through accolades such as Best Hotel Housekeeper in UAE (2021) and the Women in Cleaning award (2022 and 2024) by MECHF. She’s also featured multiple times on the UAE Housekeepers Power 30 List and the Middle East Women’s Power List.
