The Fern Hotels & Resorts has signed The Fern Residency Gorakhpur, Series by Marriott, in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, further expanding its presence in North India. With this addition, the company’s portfolio in the region now reaches 21 operational and upcoming hotels.
The upcoming property will be developed in partnership with Bliss Resorts & Club and is scheduled to open by mid-2026.

Expansion strengthens presence in North India
The signing reflects The Fern Hotels & Resorts’ continued focus on expanding into high-potential regional markets. Gorakhpur has been witnessing increasing travel demand driven by business activity, regional tourism, and social events.

55-key hotel with dining and event facilities
The upcoming Fern Residency Gorakhpur will feature 55 rooms and suites designed for both business and leisure travellers.
Dining facilities will include an all-day dining restaurant, bar and lounge café, and a dedicated vegetarian restaurant.
The hotel will also offer event and meeting spaces, including a conference room and two banquet halls, catering to business gatherings and social celebrations.

Wellness and leisure amenities
The property will include several wellness and recreational facilities, such as a gym, swimming pool and an in-house salon, providing a complete hospitality experience for guests.
