Hilton Gurugram Baani City Centre, in collaboration with HAKS – Hospitality and Kitchen Solutions, introduces A Sizzling Teppanyaki Affair, a limited-time pop-up that brings experiential dining into sharp focus. Inspired by teppan traditions, the concept highlights precision, transparency, and performance, with every dish prepared live and every moment unfolding at the table.
Hosted at Tayles, the teppan takes centre stage as steel meets flame and chefs craft each course in real time. The experience embraces openness as a form of luxury, where there are no concealed kitchens or hurried pacing, only the cadence of live-fire cooking and the skill behind every creation.

Guests can choose between two thoughtfully curated seven-course teppanyaki journeys. Harmony on Steel offers a vegetarian progression, while Land to Sea: Water Meets Fire presents a non-vegetarian narrative. Each menu is designed to be enjoyed sequentially, encouraging diners to connect with both the process and the flavours.
The menus are curated by Chef Vaibhav Soni, with the overall concept jointly envisioned by Hilton Gurugram Baani City Centre and HAKS – Hospitality and Kitchen Solutions, combining culinary storytelling, hospitality expertise, and live-fire technique within an intimate pop-up format.
Conceived as an unhurried and immersive dining experience, A Sizzling Teppanyaki Affair invites guests to watch, engage, and indulge, transforming the act of dining into theatre, where every course becomes part of the performance.
