    Noor Mahal Delhi NCR – Autograph Collection Hotel has appointed Teena Nichani as Director of Operations, strengthening its leadership team as the property continues to build its positioning within the luxury hospitality segment.

    The appointment marks a strategic addition to the hotel’s leadership, aligning with its focus on enhancing operational performance, strengthening revenue strategies, and delivering curated guest experiences under the Autograph Collection portfolio.

    Teena Nichani brings over 26 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a career spanning sales, marketing, revenue management, and operations.

    Her transition into an operations leadership role represents a progression in her career, bringing a strong commercial perspective to overall hotel management.

    This approach enables alignment between revenue strategy, operational execution, and guest experience delivery.

    Throughout her career, Teena Nichani has held leadership roles across multiple hospitality brands.

    Her experience includes associations with Radisson Hotel Group, Sayaji Hotels, The Park Hotels, and Fern Hotels & Resorts.

    Across these roles, she has contributed to business growth, built high-performing teams, and delivered strong financial performance.

    Teena Nichani is recognised for her expertise in revenue generation and sales strategy.

    She has delivered consistent year-on-year growth, achieved strong RevPAR performance, and driven business across corporate, MICE, and wedding segments.

    Role and Responsibilities at Noor Mahal Delhi NCR

    In her new role, Teena Nichani will oversee overall hotel operations.
