Chef Bishwajeet has built an illustrious career working with some of the world’s most renowned hospitality brands, including Marriott International, IHCL, Hyatt, InterContinental Hotels Group, and The Orchid Hotels. His last role was with IHCL at TajSats Air Catering, Goa, where he led operations focused on precision, innovation, and large-scale catering excellence.
