A hospitality leader with over two decades of experience
Sujit Kumar Mishra brings more than 24 years of uninterrupted experience in the hotel industry, with over a decade spent in General Manager–level roles. His career has been defined by strong operational leadership, financial discipline, and the ability to drive guest satisfaction across diverse hotel formats, including luxury resorts, business hotels, and multi-property portfolios.
Prior to this appointment, Mishra was serving as Corporate General Manager – South at Spree Hotels, where he led regional operations across multiple properties, aligning hotel teams with strategic objectives, key performance indicators, and service excellence benchmarks.
Strong background in operations, F&B, and multi-property leadership
Over the course of his career, Mishra has held senior leadership positions with several prominent hospitality brands. His experience includes roles as General Manager at Aaramgah Jawai Resorts & Spa and The Fern Royal Farm Resort in Gujarat, as well as Resort Manager at Sterling Fern Hill, Ooty. He has also been associated with Club Mahindra, Fortune Select, Hotel Tara at Ramoji Film City, and The Pride Hotel, Nagpur, among others.
His core strengths span hotel operations, food and beverage strategy, budgeting and forecasting, P&L and Capex management, pre-opening and renovation projects, revenue management, and team building. This breadth of experience positions him well to manage both operational complexity and guest-facing excellence.
