Novotel Kolkata Hotel & Residences has appointed Subhadeep Saha as the new Front Office Manager. He brings more than 12 years of experience across front office operations, guest engagement and loyalty program management.
Experience and Background
Subhadeep began his hospitality career in 2013 with Hilton Bangalore Embassy Golf Links. He has worked across hotels in Bangalore, Goa and Trivandrum. His experience includes pre-opening assignments and task force roles that strengthened guest service and operational readiness.
Most recently, he served at DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Bengaluru, Outer Ring Road. There, he focused on guest satisfaction, brand loyalty and service consistency.
