Sterling Holiday Resorts has announced the launch of Sterling Amargarh Jodhpur, expanding its footprint in Rajasthan and reinforcing its focus on large-format, experience-led resorts. The new property, set across landscaped greens on Pal Road, brings together the heritage character of Marwar with the scale and infrastructure required for modern leisure travel, destination weddings, and corporate events.

Located within Jodhpur city limits, the resort offers convenient access to the city’s forts, palaces, and heritage precincts, positioning it as a base for both exploration and large gatherings.

    Strengthening A Key Cultural Market

Vikram Lalvani, Managing Director & CEO, Sterling Holiday Resorts, said,

“Rajasthan remains a cornerstone of Sterling’s destination strategy, and Jodhpur is one of its most compelling cultural anchors. With Sterling Amargarh Jodhpur, we are introducing a resort that brings scale and versatility into a heritage setting—making it equally relevant for leisure travellers, large celebrations and corporate events. This launch reflects our focus on building destination-led resorts that combine local character with the reliability of a national hospitality network.”

Accommodation And Event Infrastructure Designed For Scale

Sterling Amargarh Jodhpur offers rooms and suites across Classic, Premier, and Suite categories, blending heritage-inspired design with modern comforts. The resort has been built to host large celebrations and corporate events, with two indoor banquet halls, Kesari and Marwar, supported by Rajwada – The Lawns, a large outdoor venue designed for weddings, social functions, and conferences.

This combination of indoor and outdoor spaces allows the property to support multi-day events and high-guest-count celebrations.

    Food, Leisure, And Cultural Experiences

Dining is a central part of the resort’s positioning. Sangri – The Flavours of Rajasthan, the all-day live-kitchen restaurant, serves regional specialities alongside global favourites. An open-air courtyard dining area adds an intimate setting for private dinners and evening celebrations.

Guests also have access to an outdoor swimming pool, cultural evenings, and family-oriented spaces, making the resort suitable for multi-generational stays.

Access To Jodhpur’s Heritage And Attractions

The resort’s location allows guests to explore Jodhpur’s landmarks including Mehrangarh Fort, Jaswant Thada, Umaid Bhawan Palace, Mandore Gardens, Kailana Lake, and the Clock Tower markets, while returning to a calm, landscaped resort environment.

    Property Owner On The Partnership

Anil Garg, Managing Director, Neha Enterprise, said,

“Amargarh has long been a part of Jodhpur’s hospitality landscape, and this association marks an important new chapter for the resort. Partnering with Sterling allows us to strengthen the property with wider national distribution, consistent service standards and deeper experience in destination-led stays and celebrations, while preserving the authentic Rajasthani character that defines Amargarh. We see this as a meaningful step in positioning the resort for the next phase of growth”

Connecting Rajasthan Through a Sterling Network

Sterling Amargarh Jodhpur is part of Sterling’s broader Rajasthan circuit. The resort is located about 250–280 km from Sterling Udaipur, roughly 190 km from Sterling Pushkar, and around 285 km from Sterling Rudraksh Jaisalmer. This proximity enables families and wedding groups to plan multi-city itineraries that combine heritage cities, desert landscapes, and lakeside destinations into a single, coordinated journey.

The network supports pre-wedding functions, post-wedding holidays, and extended cultural travel across Rajasthan, backed by Sterling’s national service standards.

    Expanding Sterling’s Destination-Led Strategy

With its large event venues, resort-style accommodation, and strong connectivity, Sterling Amargarh Jodhpur strengthens Sterling’s position as a preferred partner for extended destination weddings, multi-day celebrations, and immersive leisure travel across Rajasthan.
