Hilton has signed an agreement with BVM Energy and Residency Private Limited, a Kapil Group company, to develop Hilton Garden Inn Visakhapatnam Yendada World Trade Centre (WTC). Scheduled to open in 2032, the hotel will mark Hilton’s entry into Visakhapatnam and expand its presence in Andhra Pradesh.
Located in Yendada, the hotel will form part of the 10-acre WTC Visakhapatnam mixed-use development. The project is designed as a business and commercial destination, with the hotel expected to serve both corporate and leisure travellers in the city.

The property will bring Hilton Garden Inn’s Brighthearted hospitality, approachable service, flexible spaces and contemporary amenities to Visakhapatnam. The brand’s India offering includes expanded meeting and event facilities, additional food and beverage options and room service as standard.

Hotel to Feature 360 Guest Rooms
Hilton Garden Inn Visakhapatnam Yendada WTC will feature 360 guest rooms, alongside an all-day dining restaurant, lobby lounge and bar, rooftop bar, fitness facilities and an indoor/outdoor swimming pool.
The hotel will also offer approximately 14,300 sq ft of meeting and event space, including a ballroom, breakout rooms and boardroom. These facilities are designed to cater to conferences, corporate meetings, social celebrations and MICE demand generated by the WTC development and wider business ecosystem.
Hilton Garden Inn Expands India Pipeline

The development adds to Hilton Garden Inn’s expansion beyond India’s major metropolitan markets, with the brand building a presence across emerging business and leisure destinations.

The WTC development is expected to create an integrated destination for business, collaboration and connectivity in Yendada, with the Hilton Garden Inn forming its hospitality component.
Further Growth in Andhra Pradesh
The signing strengthens Hilton’s pipeline in Andhra Pradesh. The company currently has two additional Hilton Garden Inn projects in the state, with upcoming hotels in Tirupati and Mantralayam.
The Visakhapatnam project will therefore give Hilton its first operating presence in the city while adding a substantial upscale hotel to the Yendada business district.
