Sterling Holiday Resorts has launched Sterling Arka Suites in Puri, introducing the city’s first all-suite upscale boutique hotel. The new property is located within the same precinct as the existing Sterling Puri resort but operates as a separate, boutique-style block.

Sterling Arka Suites, Puri is positioned as a distinct, space-led offering within the Sterling Puri destination. The property is designed to provide higher levels of privacy, larger living spaces, and a more intimate stay experience while remaining connected to the main resort.

Suite-Led Accommodation Design
Sterling Arka Suites, Puri offers only suites. Each suite includes a private balcony overlooking the pool and features interiors inspired by contemporary interpretations of Odisha’s Pattachitra art. The suites are built around larger living and bath areas to support longer stays and a slower pace of travel.
Dining and Culinary Access
Dining at the property is led by Solara, a restaurant serving global cuisine with subtle local influences. Guests at Sterling Arka Suites, Puri also have access to Amo Odisha, the Odiya speciality restaurant located at the adjoining Sterling Puri resort.

Sterling Arka Suites, Puri expands the group’s event capacity in the city with flexible venues that can host gatherings of more than 700 guests. Dedicated activity zones and learning spaces are also available for families and younger travellers.
