Effotel by Sayaji, Ranjangaon set to become the town’s first branded hospitality address
SeaHorse Hospitality Consulting has announced a strategic partnership with the Sayaji Group to develop Effotel by Sayaji, Ranjangaon, marking the first branded hotel in the industrial town of Ranjangaon, Maharashtra. The property is expected to become fully operational by March 2028, positioning itself as a benchmark hospitality asset for the region’s growing corporate and industrial demand.
Addressing an underserved industrial corridor
Ranjangaon has emerged as a critical industrial hub, anchored by the five-star Ranjangaon MIDC that hosts several large corporate and manufacturing entities. Despite its economic significance, the region has long lacked a professionally branded hotel offering. Effotel by Sayaji, Ranjangaon is designed to fill this gap, catering to business travellers, corporate off-sites, and senior executives seeking reliable, premium accommodation.
Commenting on the development, Sandeep Roy, Founder & CEO, SeaHorse Hospitality Consulting, said,
“Ranjangaon is a critical, underserved industrial corridor. Securing the town’s first branded hotel with Sayaji ensures this asset is perfectly positioned to capture premium corporate demand and achieve market leadership from day one.”
Strategic location with strong connectivity
The hotel site enjoys a strategic advantage, located close to the Ranjangaon MIDC and approximately 50 kilometres from Pune Airport. This proximity ensures easy access for domestic and international business travellers while reinforcing the hotel’s relevance for long-stay corporate guests, visiting consultants, and project-based professionals operating in and around the industrial belt.
