(ROHL) has announced the signing of a new all-suite leisure hotel in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, further strengthening its presence in heritage and leisure-driven destinations. The upcoming Regenta Hotel, Jodhpur will be operated under a hotel management agreement, in line with the group’s asset-light expansion strategy.
A strategic addition in a heritage leisure market
Jodhpur continues to attract strong demand from leisure travellers, destination weddings, and large social celebrations. Timeline and positioning of the new hotel
Scheduled to open by December 2029, Regenta Hotel, Jodhpur is being positioned as a destination-led property catering to leisure stays, weddings, and high-end social and corporate events. The hotel will feature a lobby bar, an all-day dining restaurant, expansive conference and banquet facilities, and a rooftop pool bar, offering guests a mix of relaxation and event-centric amenities.
Development partnership and all-suite concept
The property is being developed in partnership with Jodhana Real Home Private Limited and Shreeyukt. Designed as an all-suite hotel, it will offer spacious accommodations, curated dining experiences, wellness-oriented amenities, and comprehensive event infrastructure. The concept is aimed at travellers seeking longer stays, families, wedding guests, and destination event attendees looking for comfort combined with premium services.

Large-format banqueting and event infrastructure
A major highlight of the project is its extensive banquet and event offering. Facilities will include one 6,000 sq. ft. banquet hall connected to a 4,000 sq. ft. open terrace, a second 4,000 sq. ft. banquet hall, and three breakaway rooms of approximately 2,500 sq. ft. each. Together, these spaces position the hotel as a strong contender for large weddings, conferences, and upscale social gatherings in the region.
