Rosetta Hospitality has appointed Nitesh Kapur as Resort Manager at Elements by Rosetta, Varca, Goa. In his new role, Kapur will oversee the resort’s day-to-day operations, with responsibility for rooms, guest experience, team management and overall operational performance.
Kapur brings hospitality experience across Marriott, Le Méridien, Shangri-La, Hyatt Regency and InterContinental Hotels Group. His career spans rooms operations, guest services, team development, brand compliance and hotel operations, including experience in pre-opening environments.
The move supports the hospitality sector’s growth, contributing to executive movements in hotels.
To Lead Resort Operations
As Resort Manager, Kapur will oversee the overall operations of Elements by Rosetta, working across rooms, guest services and other operational functions. His responsibilities will include maintaining service standards, supporting guest experience and coordinating teams to ensure effective day-to-day performance.
He will also work with the resort’s leadership and operational teams on team development, brand standards and service delivery, with a focus on maintaining consistency across the guest journey.
Brings Multi-Brand Hospitality Experience
Before joining Elements by Rosetta, Kapur served as Director of Rooms at Aravali Marriott Resort & Spa, Delhi NCR. During his tenure, he was involved in the pre-opening and launch of Marriott’s first Courtyard resort in India.
His broader career includes experience with Marriott, Le Méridien, Shangri-La, Hyatt Regency and InterContinental Hotels Group. Across these assignments, he has worked across rooms operations and guest services, while also developing experience in team management, operational standards and brand compliance.
His background across international and Indian hospitality brands has provided exposure to different hotel operating environments and guest service requirements.
Experience in Rooms and Guest Services
Kapur’s professional experience has centred on rooms operations and guest experience, supported by responsibilities in team development and operational management.
His previous role at Aravali Marriott Resort & Spa also gave him exposure to the requirements of a resort pre-opening and launch. This experience adds relevance to his current position at Elements by Rosetta as he takes responsibility for the property’s operating performance.
Strengthening Resort Operations
Located in Varca, South Goa, Elements by Rosetta is a 74-key resort that has been operational since 2024. The property is approximately three kilometres from Varca Beach and offers accommodation across multiple categories, including pool-facing rooms.
At the resort, Kapur will focus on operational performance, service standards and guest experience while supporting the development of the property’s teams.

Kapur’s appointment adds operational leadership to Elements by Rosetta as the resort continues to build its presence in South Goa. His experience across rooms, guest services and hotel operations will support the property’s focus on service delivery, team development and operational consistency.
His role will bring together his experience in rooms operations and guest experience with the wider responsibilities of managing a resort operation.
