Novotel Goa Candolim and Novotel Goa Resort & Spa have announced the appointment of Rhythm K. Gandhi as Marketing & Communications Manager.
Rhythm brings with her a wealth of experience in marketing and communications, having previously served as Assistant Manager – Marketing & Communications at Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru Hebbal. There, she led marketing campaigns, creative content development, social media strategy, and online reputation management.
Her background also includes impactful roles in branding and PR at Impresario Handmade Restaurants in Dehradun, and Hyatt Regency Dehradun Resort & Spa, where she executed the Perfectly Yours – Hyatt India Wedding Campaign and contributed significantly to the hotel’s repositioning as a resort property.

Rhythm played a key part in launching Beyul, the rooftop bar and lounge—overseeing its planning, PR campaigns, photoshoots, creative marketing strategies, content creation, and coordination with agencies to boost the property’s visibility and guest engagement across both digital and traditional platforms.
A graduate in Hospitality Management from IMS Unison University, Dehradun (2022), Rhythm completed her schooling at Doon International School, Dehradun, and the Convent of Jesus and Mary, Waverley, Mussoorie. She brings expertise in influencer marketing, PR, event management, social media strategy, creative direction, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.
