Prior to joining Ramee Collection, Airport Road Mohali, Ashish served as Front Office Manager at Sarovar Premier, Kota, where he played a key role in strengthening guest experience, streamlining operational processes, and building high-performing teams.
His professional journey also includes leadership assignments with several leading hospitality brands, including Park Plaza, Sheraton, Radisson, Best Western, and Sarovar Hotels & Resorts. Working across these organisations has given him broad exposure to hotel operations, customer service excellence, and commercial performance in diverse hospitality markets.

As Hotel Manager, Ashish will oversee the overall operations of Ramee Collection, Airport Road Mohali, with responsibility for front office, housekeeping, guest experience, brand standards, operational efficiency, revenue optimisation, and team leadership.
He will work closely with department heads to enhance service quality, strengthen operational processes, improve guest engagement, and support the property’s continued commercial growth.
