OPO Hotels & Resorts has announced the appointment of Rajkumar Samanta as General Manager – Operations, adding seasoned operational leadership to its corporate team.
Strong background in hotel and F&B operations
Rajkumar Samanta brings over 15 years of experience in hotel operations and food and beverage management. His career has been defined by hands-on leadership across day-to-day hotel operations, banquet management, and service execution.

Exposure to pre-opening and multi-department roles
His previous roles with ITC Fortune and Sarovar have provided him with exposure to pre-opening projects, overall hotel management, and F&B service leadership. This background enables him to manage complex operations while maintaining consistency across service touchpoints.
Driving execution and service standards
At OPO Hotels & Resorts, Rajkumar will focus on strengthening operational execution across properties. His responsibilities include improving service standards, enhancing guest satisfaction, and supporting property teams with structured operational processes as the group continues to grow.
