His career includes leadership roles at large luxury resorts and full-service hotels, where he managed complex restaurant portfolios, high-volume banquets, and multi-departmental service teams.
Chandan Kumar has handled operations that require tight coordination between kitchens, service teams, and event management, ensuring consistency across premium dining and large social and corporate functions.
