Marriott Expands Its Luxury Portfolio in South India
Marriott International, Inc. has signed an agreement with Aratt One World Pvt. Ltd. to launch the JW Marriott Hotel Bengaluru Electronic City, reinforcing its luxury presence in India’s Silicon Valley. The hotel is scheduled to open in 2030 and will feature 370 rooms and suites spread across four acres. It will blend modern architecture with JW Marriott’s signature focus on calm, personalized service.

Design, Dining, and Guest Experiences
The hotel’s location, around 50 km from Kempegowda International Airport, offers easy access to Bengaluru’s city center. Guests will enjoy several dining venues including an all-day restaurant, a specialty restaurant, a lobby lounge, and a rooftop bar. The property will also feature JW Market, Spa by JW, a fitness center, and a swimming pool.
For events and gatherings, the hotel will provide over 3,480 sq. m. of meeting and event space, including an expansive outdoor lawn—ideal for corporate events, weddings, and private functions.
