Crowne Plaza Lucknow, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, has appointed Prince Singh as Learning & Quality Manager. In his new role, Prince will be responsible for driving excellence in guest experience, quality standards, and team development, while fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth within the hotel.
Prince brings extensive experience in the hospitality sector, having worked with leading hotel brands across India. Prior to joining Crowne Plaza Lucknow, he served as Cluster Assistant Manager – Learning & Development at Accor, where he managed learning and development initiatives for Ibis Styles Goa Vagator and Ibis Styles Goa Calangute.

He also spent over three years with Holiday Inn Chennai OMR IT Expressway and Crowne Plaza Chennai Adyar Park – in various Food & Beverage roles, including Food and Beverage Supervisor and Food & Beverage Associate, gaining valuable operational expertise.
Prince began his hospitality career with The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts, Trivandrum, where he honed his skills in luxury hospitality operations.
