With nearly two decades of experience in the luxury hospitality sector, Sana brings a wealth of expertise gained from working with globally renowned hotel brands such as IHG, Hyatt, The Imperial, and Machan Resorts LLP. She is recognized for her proficiency in operations management, guest experience design, and commercial growth strategies. Known for her balanced leadership style, Sana blends efficiency with empathy, focusing on building motivated teams while delivering highly personalized guest experiences.

In her new role, Sana is set to position Planet Hollywood Thane as a premier lifestyle and luxury destination. Her vision includes strengthening the hotel’s market presence through tailored guest journeys, innovative services, and strategic brand storytelling. She also aims to establish the property as a landmark venue for luxury weddings, corporate gatherings, high-profile events, and leisure travel.
Under her leadership, the hotel will soon unveil Banarass, a signature fine-dining restaurant designed to elevate Thane’s culinary landscape. The restaurant will offer an immersive dining experience by combining global inspirations with contemporary flair.
