Novotel Goa Resort & Spa and Novotel Goa Candolim have appointed Resha Naik as Marketing & Communications Manager, welcoming her back to the twin properties as they continue to strengthen their market presence and commercial positioning in North Goa.
Returning to the hotels, Resha brings extensive hospitality marketing experience and a strong understanding of both brands, having previously contributed to their marketing initiatives and brand development. In her new role, she will lead integrated marketing and communications strategies aimed at enhancing brand visibility, guest engagement, and commercial performance.

Resha began her hospitality career in Leisure Reservations before moving into Sales, eventually transitioning into Marketing & Communications, where she discovered her passion for brand strategy and storytelling.
Her progression across operational and commercial functions has given her a well-rounded understanding of hospitality, enabling her to combine operational knowledge with strategic marketing expertise.
Throughout her career, she has developed capabilities across integrated marketing, digital strategy, content development, brand positioning, public relations, media relations, strategic partnerships, and guest engagement.
Experience Across Global Hospitality Brands
Prior to rejoining Novotel Goa Resort & Spa and Novotel Goa Candolim, Resha held marketing and commercial roles with internationally recognised hospitality brands, including Hilton Hotels & Resorts and Accor Hotels in Dubai.
Her experience across luxury and upscale hospitality has equipped her with expertise in developing integrated campaigns, strengthening brand positioning, and supporting business growth through innovative marketing initiatives.

In her new role, Resha will focus on strengthening the market positioning of Novotel Goa Candolim as a preferred destination for leisure and MICE travellers while leading strategic marketing initiatives for the relaunch of the newly renovated room product at Novotel Goa Resort & Spa in October 2026.
Working closely with the leadership team, she will oversee integrated marketing campaigns, strategic partnerships, public relations, and guest engagement initiatives to further strengthen the visibility and commercial success of both hotels.
