BHILWARA, RAJASTHAN (July 31, 2025) — Crimson Hotels has announced the appointment of Nitin Kanchan as Executive Assistant Manager – Food & Beverage at The Aaureum, the group’s newest five-star international convention centre and destination property.
Kanchan brings close to 19 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with expertise spanning food and beverage operations, pre-opening strategy and guest experience management. His career trajectory includes roles with some of India’s most renowned hotels, such as The Oberoi Udaivilas, The Leela Palace Udaipur, Neemrana Hotels, lebua Resorts Jaipur and Sterling Elk Hill in Ooty.
Crimson Hotels said Kanchan’s role will involve leading the property’s entire F&B strategy, which includes restaurants, banqueting and events. He will oversee the creation of signature dining concepts and the development of service teams, with a focus on delivering experiences that align with Crimson Hotels’ hospitality vision.
Over his career, Kanchan has managed multiple pre-opening projects and handled large-scale resort operations across India. He rose from an F&B Supervisor to senior management positions through what the company described as “a hands-on approach, operational sharpness and a commitment to service excellence.”
