Extensive Wellness Hospitality Experience
Aditya joins Minor Hotels from The Farm at San Benito, where he led the property’s commercial strategy and played a key role in its integration into the Marriott Autograph Collection, supporting international expansion and digital growth.
Prior to that, he was associated with Six Senses Vana, where he contributed to business development across European and Middle Eastern markets.
He began his hospitality career at Ananda in the Himalayas, building a strong foundation in luxury wellness while contributing to the growth of multiple business segments.
Recognised for his technology-driven approach, Aditya advocates the use of AI-powered solutions to enhance guest personalisation, operational efficiency, and commercial performance.
