MBD Group has announced the promotion of Parmeet Singh Nayar to the role of Executive Vice President – Hospitality Operations, recognizing his visionary leadership and exceptional contributions to the company. He previously served as Vice President – Operations & General Manager – Hospitality.
With an illustrious career spanning 35 years, Nayar has worked with some of the world’s most respected hospitality brands, including Shangri-La, Hilton, Carlson Rezidor, ITC Hotels, The Taj Group, and The Imperial New Delhi. Known for his strategic foresight, operational acumen, and people-centric leadership style, he has consistently driven excellence across every aspect of hospitality operations.

During his six-year tenure with MBD Group, Nayar has played a pivotal role in repositioning Radisson Blu MBD Hotels in Noida and Ludhiana, establishing them among India’s most awarded luxury hotels. His efforts have significantly elevated the brand’s reputation in the luxury hospitality segment.
In his new role, Nayar will lead the strategic growth and operational direction of MBD Hospitality, overseeing its portfolio of existing properties and upcoming ventures. He will continue to strengthen MBD Group’s leadership position in luxury and lifestyle hospitality, driving innovation, service excellence, and sustainable growth.
