The Fern Hotels & Resorts has appointed Gaurav Goswami as General Manager of The Fern Residency Kolkata. The appointment strengthens leadership at the property as the brand continues to consolidate its presence in Eastern India.
Seventeen Years of Hospitality Experience
Goswami brings over 17 years of experience, including nine years in general management roles. His expertise spans Front Office operations, Administration and Revenue Management across multiple hotel categories.

International Exposure and Industry Recognition
Prior to joining The Fern, Goswami worked with the Al Nahda Group in Oman. He has been recognised as East India’s Best General Manager – 2024 and listed among the Top 30 General Managers in India.
Academic and Thought Leadership
In addition to his operational background, Goswami is the author of a hotel management book and has published two international research papers, adding an academic dimension to his leadership profile.
