Marriott International has announced the signing of an agreement with the Sugee Group to develop the Goa Marriott Manohar International Airport Hotel, marking a significant addition to Marriott’s growing portfolio in one of India’s most sought-after leisure destinations. The signing reinforces Marriott International’s focus on expanding its presence in high-demand lifestyle and travel markets across the country.
Planned as a 200-key property, the hotel will be located within the first Aerocity in Western India, positioning it at the centre of a thoughtfully planned mixed-use development.
Location within Western India’s First Aerocity
The upcoming Goa Marriott Manohar International Airport Hotel will form part of a large-scale mixed-use project that will include commercial spaces, retail outlets, a golf course, as well as educational and training institutes. Designed to cater to today’s global traveller, the hotel’s location near Manohar International Airport is expected to appeal to both leisure guests and business travellers seeking convenience, connectivity, and high-quality hospitality.
The Aerocity development is envisioned as a modern urban hub, bringing together travel, lifestyle, and business infrastructure in one integrated destination.

Hotel Design, Amenities and Event Infrastructure
The Goa Marriott Manohar International Airport Hotel is anticipated to feature 200 guest rooms and suites, designed to deliver comfort, functionality, and contemporary elegance. The hotel’s culinary offerings are planned to include an all-day dining restaurant, a specialty restaurant, a patisserie, The Greatroom lobby lounge, and a Pool Bar, catering to a wide range of dining preferences.
Wellness and recreation facilities are expected to include the signature Quan Spa, a swimming pool, a fitness centre, and a Kids Club, ensuring a balanced stay experience for families and individual travellers alike.
For meetings, conferences, and social gatherings, the hotel is planned to offer approximately 1,000 square metres of event space, including a Grand Ballroom and outdoor lawns suited for both large-scale functions and exclusive celebrations. Guests with access to the M Club can expect Marriott Hotels’ signature hospitality, combining modern design, comfortable spaces, and experiences that seamlessly blend leisure and business.
