Scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2028, the signing represents a focused expansion of IHG’s essentials segment in India’s financial capital, aligning with the group’s strategy to grow in high-demand, high-potential urban markets.
The upcoming hotel adds further depth to IHG’s presence in Mumbai, a city that continues to see sustained demand from corporate, MICE, and mixed business-leisure travel segments.

Holiday Inn Express Mumbai BKC will become IHG’s third Holiday Inn Express under development in Mumbai, joining projects already underway along Andheri–Kurla Road and in Powai.
