Her career reflects a consistent growth trajectory within Accor, supported by a strong focus on service standards, team leadership, and guest engagement.
Growth Across Multiple Hospitality Markets
During her tenure with Accor, Mahzarine held positions including Team Leader, Duty Manager, and Guest Experience Manager at properties in Pune before moving to the Novotel ibis Chennai OMR complex.
There, she advanced from Duty Manager to Assistant Front Office Manager and later Front Office Manager at Novotel Chennai SIPCOT, strengthening her expertise in front office operations, guest satisfaction, and team development.
