Rishab Kakkad brings extensive experience in front office operations and luxury hospitality, having worked with several prominent hotel brands across India.
He began his hospitality career with Taj Hotels, where he spent six years across multiple properties, including The President Mumbai, Taj Falaknuma Palace, and Taj Palace New Delhi.
During this period, he gained valuable experience in guest relations, front office management, and luxury hospitality operations.
Leadership Roles at Ritz-Carlton, The Imperial and The Lalit
Following his tenure with Taj Hotels, Rishab joined The Ritz-Carlton Pune as Front Desk Manager, further strengthening his expertise in guest experience and front office leadership.
He later moved to The Imperial New Delhi, where he served as Duty Manager before taking up the role of Assistant Front Office Manager at The Lalit Jaipur.
Throughout his career, he has developed expertise in guest engagement, operational management, service excellence, and team development.

Rishab Kakkad holds a Bachelor of Hospitality and Hotel Administration degree from Institute of Hotel Management Goa. He completed his schooling from Delhi Public School Visakhapatnam.
