Lemon Tree Hotels Limited has announced the opening of its newest managed property, Lemon Tree Hotel, Motihari, on October 31, 2025. This marks another step in the brand’s steady growth across Eastern India and strengthens its presence in Bihar, where it already operates one hotel.

Modern Comfort and Practical Design
The hotel offers 50 rooms and suites tailored for comfort and functionality. In its first phase, 32 rooms are operational, along with Citrus Café, a multi-cuisine restaurant, and multiple banquet venues including Tangerine Grand 1, Tangerine Grand 2, and a Boardroom. Guests can also access a spa, fitness center, and swimming pool.
Future Expansion Plans
The second phase of the property will add 18 more rooms and introduce Kebab Theater, a contemporary Indian restaurant known for its kebabs, tikkas, and regional specialties. An additional banquet hall, Tangerine, will also be part of this phase to support events and celebrations.
