ITC Mughal, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Agra, has announced the appointment of Sandipan Bose as its new General Manager.
A seasoned hospitality professional with over 25 years of experience, Sandipan brings with him a wealth of operational expertise, strategic leadership, and a deep understanding of luxury guest experiences. His appointment marks a new chapter for the iconic Agra property as it continues to strengthen its position as a preferred bleisure and wedding destination.

Sandipan’s association with ITC Hotels began early in his career after graduating from the prestigious IHM Meerut, a foundation that set the stage for his long-standing journey within one of India’s most respected luxury hospitality chains. Over the years, he has held several key positions across ITC Hotels, including a pivotal stint at the flagship ITC Maurya in 2000. His leadership has consistently driven operational excellence and guest satisfaction across properties.
Before his new role in Agra, Sandipan played an instrumental part in the growth and success of Mementos by ITC Hotels, Udaipur, where he led a diverse team in delivering exceptional experiences for guests from across the world in a highly competitive market.

In his new role, Sandipan will lead the dynamic luxury team at ITC Mughal, steering the property’s sustainability-led initiatives, enhancing its reputation for world-class service, and further positioning it as one of India’s most distinguished hotels for leisure, business, and destination weddings.
