With over a decade of experience in Human Resources and Learning & Development, Lalit brings a strong track record of driving people-centric initiatives, talent management, and workforce development in the hospitality industry. His expertise spans recruitment planning, employee engagement, training and development, statutory compliance, payroll management, and performance evaluation.

Prior to joining Mementos by ITC Hotels, Lalit was associated with leading brands such as ITC Hotels, Radisson, Supertech, and Cafe Coffee Day, where he played a key role in strengthening HR practices and fostering a culture of excellence.

Most recently, Lalit served as HR Manager at ITC Hotels, Jodhpur, where he successfully led HR functions and cluster operations for multiple hotel units.
