INDEVA Hotels and Resorts, a unit of India Expo Mart Limited (IEML), has signed a management agreement with Royal Estcon to operate a new property under The Mor Stays brand. The signing marks another step in the company’s plan to build a strong portfolio of smart and affordable hotels across Delhi NCR.

The agreement was formalised in the presence of Rakesh Kumar, Chairman, IEML; Mukesh Kumar Gupta, Director, IEML; Barun Gupta, COO, INDEVA Hotels and Resorts; and Shubham Nagar, Director, Royal Estcon. The collaboration reflects a shared focus on developing reliable accommodation in the budget and mid-scale categories.

The new property will feature thirty rooms, a multi-cuisine restaurant and a banquet facility. Its location is planned to serve both business and leisure travellers. The aim is to offer comfort, practical design and consistent service at clear and competitive pricing.

The Mor Stays is INDEVA’s budget hotel brand designed for today’s travellers. It focuses on efficiency, clean design and dependable hospitality. The upcoming property will follow this framework to deliver a stable, guest-friendly experience within the economy segment.
