Indian Hotels Company (IHCL), India’s largest hospitality company, has announced the signing of a Taj hotel along with Taj branded residences in Noida. This greenfield project, signed under a management contract, will include a residential component integrated within the hotel complex.
Ms. Suma Venkatesh, Executive Vice President – Real Estate and Development, IHCL, said,

The development will cater to our discerning clientele and in addition to a world-class hotel will offer the most exclusives homes managed by a trusted brand. We are delighted to partner with Gulshan Group on this landmark project.”
Located along the Noida–Greater Noida Expressway, the development will feature 150 guest rooms and 74 branded luxury residences. The hotel will house an all-day dining restaurant, a bar and two specialty restaurants. For events, the hotel will offer a ballroom of more than 8,000 sq. ft. with pre-function areas and flexible meeting rooms. Recreational facilities will include a swimming pool, gym, health club and Taj’s signature J Wellness Circle.
The Taj branded residences will introduce large-format luxury homes of 7,500 sq. ft. each, along with exclusive access to a Residents’ Club. The club will feature terraced gardens, a lounge, a play area, sports facilities and an infinity swimming pool.
