Lords Hotels & Resorts has announced the appointment of Axat Sharma as the new General Manager – Learning & Development. In his new role, Sharma will be responsible for leading the Learning & Development initiatives across the group, focusing on skill-building, employee growth, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Sharma brings with him a strong academic foundation, holding a Diploma in Hotel Management from IHM Mumbai and an MBA in Human Resources from ICFAI. Over the years, he has worked with several reputed hotel chains, where he successfully designed and executed training programs, developed talent strategies, and built effective frameworks to nurture employees at every stage of their career. His work has consistently contributed to organizational growth and operational excellence.
