    Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has announced the opening of Bandra House, Mumbai – IHCL SeleQtions, strengthening its presence in one of Mumbai’s most vibrant and culturally significant neighbourhoods.

    Located on Turner Road in Bandra, the 39-key boutique hotel has been designed to reflect the area’s artistic heritage, residential charm, and creative spirit, offering guests an immersive neighbourhood-led hospitality experience.

    This opening highlights the growing demand for quality hospitality assets, with IHCL playing a role in the evolving landscape of latest hotel openings.

    Boutique Hotel Inspired by Bandra’s Character

    Bandra House, Mumbai – IHCL SeleQtions draws inspiration from Bandra’s heritage bungalows, coastal influences, and creative culture.

    The hotel’s design incorporates curated art, local narratives, and thoughtfully designed spaces that celebrate the identity of one of Mumbai’s most sought-after districts.

    Guests can experience the Bandra House Living Room, a social space inspired by the neighbourhood’s coastal heritage and culinary traditions, with a focus on fresh regional ingredients and local flavours.

    Curated Local Experiences

    The property offers a range of signature experiences designed to connect guests with the destination.

    These include A Culinary Pilgrimage, The Bandra Bungalow Walk, Starlit Strolls on Bandstand Promenade, and Rhythm of the ‘Burbs, providing opportunities to explore Bandra’s architecture, food culture, history, and creative landscape.
