Prior to his promotion, Gaurav served as Food & Beverage Manager at Hyatt Regency Pune & Residences, where he played a key role in enhancing dining experiences, driving revenue-focused initiatives, and supporting guest satisfaction programs.
During his tenure at the property, he steadily progressed through several leadership positions, including Assistant Food & Beverage Manager and Restaurant & Bar Manager.
