Hyatt Place Candolim, Goa has appointed Sameer Ahamed as its new Assistant Front Office Manager and Head of Department.
With nearly seven years of experience in the hospitality industry, Sameer has worked with prominent brands including Marriott International, The Westin, and Hyatt Centric. He began his career as an intern at Marriott International and steadily progressed to managerial roles, most recently serving as Front Desk Manager at The Westin Mumbai Powai Lake.
In his new role, Sameer will oversee all aspects of front office operations, ensuring seamless guest service and smooth daily functioning. He will lead and mentor the front office team, manage scheduling, training, and service quality, and work closely with other departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
His responsibilities will also extend to addressing guest concerns, implementing strategies for service improvement, and contributing to departmental planning, budgeting, and performance evaluations. Sameer aims to foster a culture of professionalism, excellence, and teamwork, ensuring guests receive an elevated experience at Hyatt Place Candolim.
