Holiday Inn Cochin announced the appointment of Lincoln Abraham as assistant director of food and beverage service, effective July 21, 2025.
His professional journey includes roles with global brands such as Zuri Kumarakom Resorts, Ramada Alleppey, Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah in the United Arab Emirates, Jumeirah properties in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty and Crowne Plaza Kochi.
Abraham holds a degree in hotel management and completed a management training programme at Zuri Kumarakom. He also gained international exposure through an internship at Hyatt Regency in Maryland, United States.
Mr. Abraham brings with him over 15 years of distinguished experience in the hospitality industry, with a proven track record of driving excellence in food and beverage operations.
Abraham’s appointment comes as Holiday Inn Cochin continues to enhance its dining and guest experience offerings. The hotel is known for its multi-venue food and beverage options and event spaces.
The executive had previously held senior roles, most recently serving as a manager within IHG Hotels and Resorts across various Indian properties.
Holiday Inn Cochin is part of the InterContinental Hotels Group’s global portfolio. The hotel features several restaurants, banquet halls and leisure facilities serving both business and leisure guests.
