Urban Italia, a prominent destination for Italian dining and hospitality in Dallas, has appointed Naveen Kandhol as Food and Beverage Manager, strengthening its leadership team with an experienced hospitality and beverage professional.
With more than a decade of experience across luxury hotels, premium restaurants, and beverage companies, Kandhol brings expertise in food and beverage operations, beverage programme development, revenue optimisation, guest engagement, and team leadership.

In his new role, Naveen Kandhol will oversee restaurant and bar operations, manage departmental budgets, drive profitability, strengthen inventory and cost controls, and lead staff training initiatives.
He will also work closely with the culinary team to develop food and beverage pairings and create innovative dining experiences for guests.
Extensive Experience Across Hospitality and Beverage Brands
Prior to joining Urban Italia, Kandhol served as Key Accounts Manager at Piccadily Agro Industries Limited, where he managed the Indri Indian Single Malt and Camikara Rum portfolios across Delhi and Haryana.
His responsibilities included cocktail innovation, bartender training programmes, research and development projects, and strategic brand collaborations aimed at strengthening market engagement.
His career also includes leadership roles at Townhall New Delhi, where he served as Food and Beverage Manager and successfully drove beverage sales through cocktail innovation and premium brand partnerships.
He has additionally held key positions with Novelle Shangri-La New Delhi, Whisky Samba Gurugram, and The Fatty Bao New Delhi.
