Hilton Hotels & Resorts, in partnership with Shree Venkateshwara Hotels & Convention, has signed an agreement to develop Hilton Hyderabad Gachibowli, a premier business and convention property located in Hyderabad’s rapidly growing financial district. The hotel is expected to open in January 2029, making it Hilton’s second flagship property in the city—joining the soon-to-open Hilton Hyderabad Genome Valley Resort & Spa.

Hyderabad, with a GDP of around US $94 billion, stands out among India’s fastest-growing urban economies. It hosts major multinational firms and features over 110 million sq ft of Grade A office space—driving robust demand for upscale business lodging and convention infrastructure.
The Hilton Hyderabad Gachibowli will occupy a strategic stretch along ISB Road, offering seamless access to key locations such as HITEC City, Neopolis, and Rajiv Gandhi International Airport.

Carrying 304 guest rooms and suites, the hotel will feature an array of amenities—including multiple dining venues, bars, an executive lounge, fitness facilities, indoor and outdoor pools, spa, and extensive convention-focused spaces. Particularly notable is a sprawling 62,000 sq ft of event area, with three ballrooms, a junior ballroom, and two meeting halls—designed to serve as Hyderabad’s top pick for MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) events.
