Hilton The Hague has announced the promotion of Mace den Heijer to Guest Service Shift Leader in the Front Office department, effective July 2026.
In his new role, Mace den Heijer will support the day-to-day operations of the Front Office department, assisting with guest services, team coordination, and delivering seamless guest experiences.
Den Heijer joined Hilton The Hague earlier in 2026 as a Guest Service Agent after completing his tenure as a Front Office Trainee. During this time, he gained experience in guest relations, front desk operations, and service delivery.

Prior to joining Hilton The Hague, Mace was associated with Leonardo Royal Hotel Den Haag Promenade, where he worked as a Front Office Employee. He also completed internships across both Front Office and Food & Beverage operations, building a strong foundation in hotel operations and guest service.
His experience across multiple operational roles has equipped him with a solid understanding of front office functions and hospitality service standards.
