Hilton Hyderabad Genome Valley Resort & Spa has appointed Anil Joseph as IT Manager, reinforcing its technology leadership as the resort continues to enhance its digital infrastructure and operational efficiency.
With seven years of experience in hospitality technology, Anil brings expertise in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, network management, and hotel systems implementation.

As IT Manager, Anil Joseph will be responsible for managing the resort’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud-based systems, and technology platforms that support daily hotel operations.
His role also encompasses cybersecurity, vendor management, system upgrades, disaster recovery planning, and ensuring compliance with Hilton’s technology standards. Working closely with various departments, he will help leverage technology to enhance operational efficiency and guest experiences.
Strong Background in Hospitality Technology
Anil Joseph has built his career in hospitality IT, with expertise spanning IT infrastructure management, network administration, cybersecurity, system implementation, and technical support.
Before taking on his current role, he was part of the pre-opening IT team for Hilton Hyderabad Genome Valley Resort & Spa, where he played a key role in deploying the property’s core technology systems ahead of its launch.
Earlier, he worked across several Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) brands, including Taj, Vivanta, Gateway, and amã Stays & Trails. During this time, he gained hands-on experience with Property Management Systems (PMS), Point of Sale (POS) systems, Central Reservation Systems (CRS), IPTV, key card solutions, and guest internet services.
